• The blog can be ‘followed’. At the bottom of the ‘Home’ page is a box to enter an email address and a submit button. You will then get a short email every time something is posted to the blog. Clicking on the blue underlined title in the email will take you straight to the relevant part of the blog.
  • At the moment only the sole administrator, Milton, can create a Blog Post. Blog posts are new posts that can then be commented on. This can be seen as a new ‘thread’/conversation.
  • The Administrator can create other Administrators and user who with various levels of permission can then add posts. Please email Milton if you would like to be a user, there is no practical limit to the number of users we can have. Milton recommends that a second Administrator is added to ensure continuation of the blog in case of unforeseen events.
  • Once a blog post has been posted then comments to that blog post can be added by anyone.
  • Comments posted can also be replied to and these appear slightly indented.
  • When you comment or reply for the first time an administrator has to approve the contributor so there will be a delay before your submission appears on the site. Your next and subsequent contributions will appear immediately.
  • You are welcome/encouraged to email Milton if you want a new conversation/thread starting and he will create the blog post
  • Any stories you want to share with the group or want a more considered review of, should also be emailed to Milton
  • For the privacy of the group, full names or email addresses are not given in posts. This is an open group, open to anyone, and data mining software can extract email addresses. Pease observe this rule when posting.
